2023 Scratch FNAF Tutorial: Advanced Features - Sound, Scrolling Office & Interactive Elements!

The original tutorials were the thing that helped understand how to make decent fnaf fan games on scratch (not good ones,but certainly better ones than what i was doing before).So these updated versions of them are kinda nostalgic to me (even though it's been a year since i watched the original lmao).

using a notepad file to handle the credit stuff is really smart, never even thought about putting it into notepad, i usually put it into a comment or somewhere else lol

Tip: If you're button isn't the same speed as the office, and it just wont work. Make a square in the art for your button and cover the screen with it. (Make sure that it's fill and outline are invisible.) After that, get rid of the if else block that makes the button show and hide. Change the value in the middle to make it barely move. And then, change the value at the very left of the position block to make it appear at the right spot. If you followed me correctly, it should be able to go off screen smoothly now and fix the issue. (This helped me make my game.) Hope this helps!

OK, I have two problems with the doors 1. Whenever I try to open it after closing the door, it won’t open. It only plays the door sound, even though I did what you told me to. 2. It won’t close the door after already being closed.

Hey, I need a help. My office is small like FNaF 1 office, not wide like yours. I have problem with door, I did followed your instruction about how to put the door in the screen but my door for my office is very strange, it follows my mouse cursor everywhere in the office even I double checked your coding. I tried a lot and I don't know to fix that. I need to know to make the door picture fits the speed of looking around in the office. It works with door button and idk why it didn't work on door (edit: nvm I figured it out)

How do I make the button scroll at the same rate as the office? My office size is set to 100% but no matter what I can't get the button to scroll at the same speed, it always goes too fast.

@user-yd1qx4cl1y I figured it out, the buttons have to scroll at a different rate than the office. For example, my office scroll speed was 0.6, and my buttons were 1.4. It's not perfectly aligned, but it's super close

so, i have a problem, idk what i did wrong but when i use the "new game button" to start the game and then the night actually starts, every 8/9 seconds the quickstatic and whitestatic line keep on appearing, this doesnt happen with the "continue" button tho and i have no clue why edit: nvm i fixed it (basically i still have no idea how it happened i just messed around with the script and i fixed it lol)

First u gotta remove the X y thing and then put the door where it goes then edit the x and y to that position it took me a while because the cords keep changing
