Ughh Seadoo has so many awesome models. We were hoping to get some here soon, but now we're having to upgrade my vehicle so PWCs have been put on the backburner for a bit, but we're always looking! 👀 My hubs would probably get the fishpro and I'm torn between the GTX300 and this! Oh man! At least I have time to decide now 😅

Just show the ski!

Ohhhh, Trim is for jet angle. Got it. Downward thrust should lower the front of the ski, unless seadoo has voodoo.😂 I'll probably buy and break mine in when i visit family in Houston. I've heard Conroe lake has a seadoo shop across the street, so...yeah, might as well do the break in & oil changes while I'm right there with freshwater, saltwater, and repair shop in one place...while fishing😁

I know I've been telling you for about a year now that I'm going to get when I'm going to get a Seadoo I haven't yet and now that I see this I am glad I waited

Hi, nice informative video. I just got the '24 Explorer Pro and after watching this video may I ask how you mounted your 360 camera? Thank you!

Think Seadoo would offer the rail , for say the FishPro trophy?? Installed at the factory I suppose Wonder if it would be an easy add?

Hey Alvean, I love watching your videos with my family. I have actually met you before at golden nugget beach. My family has two 2023 Yamaha svho’s (one supercharged and one regular). Anyways, thank you for making such entertaining videos and for getting my family into jet skiing.

Can you permanently remove the windscreen? I can see myself wanting in when it’s cold out or maybe on super choppy days, but I generally like the wind in my face on most rides.

Hi, new subscriber!!! Hope you see this! I just started working on jet skis and kinda been thrown in. I look like a rookie, everyone say I just have to get comfy and practice. I've been watching your videos trying to get braver to go over 40mph! Im more comfy parking and in the marina, inland not open water, but I'm used to boats not PWC so little scared. Could you maybe suggest some tutorial videos, or maybe incorporated your favorite tips and tricks. Also would love to see you do a video on Tahoe! I'll be waiting for new tour videos! ❤ your new subscriber!

If you are comfy with parking and in marinas you have the hard part done. The only way to get better with "sea" vs "lake" conditions is going out on mildly windy days and just getting used to the natural waves. Put yourself in ECO mode (assuming you have it) and run about 20-25mph. Think of yourself as the motorcycle of the water and remember to lean with the machine, don't fight it. Use the momentum to your advantage. When you feel it's to much back off a little for a minute then increase speed back up. Whole process you'll be comfortable in maybe 2 hours and ready to get out of ECO. Not sure what water conditions you have locally but good luck and if you are in the Fort Walton / Pensacola area I can help out.

Have you taken your Switch far offshore yet, and would you consider it suitable for a Miami to Bahamas run; maybe as a "chase boat"?

How do you like not having Deph Finder any more ? Your GTX 300 limited 2019 was amazing and it had deph finder. How is the Garmin ?

How did you put two gas tank to the back extension deck?

The explorer Pro has a different extension deck where you can attach one LinQ accessory in the middle or two accessories.

What's the difference with sea doo fish pro trophy?
@BattleScar09 Жыл бұрын
Hi A, have you dropped you power for an explorer or is this just to showcase the different versions? I like the idea but not sure a 170 is going to be enough power. Do you think they will bring a super charged version in 2024?
@AlveanAzurin Жыл бұрын
Unfortunately I do not know. 170 is way better on fuel range especially if this Sea-doo was designed for exploration.

I've heard that the ST3 hull isn't good for on chop. would you take on one of your long ocean trips?
@cts-vme3353 Жыл бұрын
FYI the ST3 is notorious for cracking in the front area of the hull.
@AlveanAzurin Жыл бұрын
The ST3 is one of the best ones for choppy water. You might be thinking of the 21+RXP. I rode the FishPro which is an ST3 from Miami to Exuma Bahamas 700 miles long ocean. I also have ridden the GTX ST3 in the Pacific Ocean to Catalina Island. And my skis in the Atlantic and Gulf. Any model that has the ST3 is usually my first choice when it comes to choppy water.

How far can you travel on a small mile tank of gas?

I love my 23 fish pro trophy, I don’t see the hype with the explorer. Maybe I need to ride one to get the full picture.

Seadoo needs to increase horsepower on the Explorer, not enough power for long trip
@dreknotz1996 Жыл бұрын
More power = less mpg. I doubt the explorer market share are looking for PWC's w/windshields that go 70 mph with an extended rear platform loaded with gear.
