2023 Start a Business in Washington State

The question on the application that asks if you are a general or specialty contractor is kinda confusing. To get your contractors license, you need to have your business license. With someone like me who intends on getting their contractors license, this question makes me want to answer yes. It would be nice if there was a little help sign that explains what to do with your business license later if you plan on getting your contractors license. So I guess the only logical way to answer is No, then go get your contractors license and then update your business license later...?
