2023 Subaru Outback Infotainment Trim Piece Removal

Here’s a shortish video on how to remove and reinstall the infotainment system and dash board trim piece on a 2023 Outback. Should be the same process for Outbacks from 2020+ until they stop making this style.
It’s my first video so I apologize if I wasn’t crazy clear on things but I hope it helps.

It’s from Screen protech screenprotech.com/products/subaru-outback-screen-protech-kit I wish I would have taken off the dashboard cover and the cover for the instrument cluster to make putting them both on easier. But so far I really like the protectors they make.

Did you state anywhere why you would want to remove all of these parts? You took it all apart and then put it back together . . . but why????

It’s funny you ask because I thought about saying why but figured no one would care. Anyways I did it so I could vinyl wrap all the chrome trim pieces so the section around the infotainment system, the shifter piece, and the air vents if you want I could attempt another video and some pictures showing some before and after of everything. But yeah it was just because I didn’t like the chrome pieces as much but to each their own
