I think Mahindra is shifting 2 door THAR from 4x4 to 4x2 to create more market for 5 door THAR maybe they will offer 2 door THAR with RWD only and 5 door THAR with 4x4 .
@PratikPawar2 жыл бұрын
The 5 door 4x4 won’t be as capable in off-roading as the 2 door 4x4. Primarily because the 5 door will have a longer wheelbase & the 2 door performs better in off-road due to its shorter wheelbase. So, the 4x4 2 door won’t be discontinued. Thanks for watching 🫶🏻

@@PratikPawar can you give me your opinions about diesel 1.5 version? Will it be worth buying? Can it go on rough roads like Laddakh and Spiti? I'm considering Diesel 1.5 cuz 4x4 gets a little over budget for me...
@PratikPawar2 жыл бұрын
I will give a detailed review once the 4X2 is officially launched. But for now, I can tell you one thing. Normally I drive my 4X4 in 2WD mode most of the times and it performs well in mild off-road situations. But in difficult terrains, 4X4 does come in handy. Ladakh or Spiti should not be an issue for the 4X2. Go for it 👍🏻 Protip:- I would suggest that you fit a winch on your 4X2 thar. It will get you out even without 4X4

Most Indian car manufacturers have open air stock yards. Yes, dust is indeed a problem.
