You should put a mini controller in the bottom corner of the screen and when say you press A, the mini controllers A will light up

There's no specific way. Gang beasts goes off a hp system, you start with 100hp and get knocked if you either lose all your hp or take over 40hp of damage in a single frame. It's physics based, so the more momentum in your attack = the higher likelihood you'll ko them. That's why swinging your punches, dropkicks in general, and moving away before doing a headbutt is the best. Since dropkicks give you loads of momentum by default, your best shot is to practice those, find some new ways to dropkick like the antidote, etc
