They look pretty good. I wonder where the value will sit long term, but there are some nice designs in here. Having said that, I’m not feeling terrible about not picking up the hobby at the Topps price. Awesome rip! Thanks for sharing. Is that sign-off a case hit? I have not seen one of those.

I couldn't image much long term value but what do I know. I think my biggest thing there are so many people pumping unlicensed topps and never have said a word about leaf. I think it just puts a bad taste in my mouth. Sign on is a case hit so that's cool. Thanks for checking out the video!

@@smalltownrips the only guy I accept the pump up from is Acme, because he’s been pumping leaf for a long time, but I agree on the whole. I’ll rip a mega of this and a hanger, but that’s enough for me. I’m not really interested in breaks at the inflated price either. People like what they like, but I just can’t put a lot of money into unlicensed stuff. I will say that this has me hopeful that Topps will some nice licensed products in a couple years.

I'm digging this set because it's almost all older vets and also different Topps products. Nice Brad Johnson auto I would take it. Topps will have it after 2025 because that's when Panini loses it and Fanatic's takes over. Fanatic's is also taking over Topps about the same time. Hell yeah with the Floyd auto also

I was so hoping you hit a TB12 auto(the real golden ticket) after TBH was trashing them at the start. I kind of love the look of these and went with the blasters from Topps instead of the hobby at $260. They were listed there for quite a while and I was shocked people were paying middleman resellers a +50% mark up on them.

Oh wow, your feelings on this product completely align with mine, this set is hot garbage. I wanted to be on board, and in theory this sounded like it should be ok, but yeah, after seeing it I want nothing to do with it. At least with Leaf you know what to expect, but Topps just didn't pull it off. Also, putting retro players on retro cards is just bad. Thanks as always for the content STR and BH!

I wanted to be on board as well just can't get there. I think I personally set the expectations to high. The retro players that weren't even stars which put an even worse taste in my mouth. We will open more well because that's what we do and see what happens. Last note those paper cards are embarrassing. Thanks for checking out the video!

And I watch a lot of horror/true crime. They sensor stuff so bad rgat channels can't say like sui-ide, murd-r, etc... Channels getting content demonized for stupid stuff.
