The S Taos has less info display options. This interface is very basic, even with the SE options.

Very true.. I traded in my jetta 2020 for the TAOS 2024 SE.. the dashboard is rather basic as compared to the Jetta line but I'll get used to it..

@@macvolkswagentv7476He said he has the SEL which is the top trim, so it has the 10.25 inch rather than the 8 inch digital instrument cluster which is better and more customizable. The 8 inch cannot display both the speed and tach dials at the same time.

@@macvolkswagentv7476this 8 inch now replaces the analog gauges that were seen in older models. In the past, the virtual cockpit refers to the 10.25 gauge. Now it refers to the standard 8 inch gauge and 10.25 is called virtual cockpit pro. This is likely following Audi’s term. For Audi models, the standard gauge is 10.25 inch, and the higher trim has 12.3 inch gauge referred to as Audi virtual cockpit plus/pro
