I believe this has dual...... Both cadence and torque sensors , like a couple others I have seen.. From his description of assist.

Very high center of gravity does not allow slow tight turning. Easy to get used to. No regenerative charging by the new motor. Can go much further on my old X3 Pro.

wonder why the motor says 750 watts but you said its a 1000 watt bike? Once i got the bugs worked out of my 2021 its been a good bike.

I think he means it's over 1,000 watts peak output.
