Amazing riding, beast mode on those climbs. I hope they give this full coverage on BBC, they didn't cover the XC marathon, but about 6 ours of BMX, WTF... :(

What tires are you running (or would recommend) for this type of course?

They usually have 2, maybe 3 options from whoever their tire sponsor offers. Maxxis Aspens for example are a very popular XC tire in anything but mud. Lots of similar/good XC tires available these days.
