I am so grateful for this video - for your honesty and sense of humor. I'm so glad you haven't quit - I love your planners. I'm hoping and praying that you find the systems that work for you which enable you to be truly successful, not only with your wonderful planner business, but also in your personal life. Thanks again for your willingness to be so open and honest - that is incredibly healing and helpful - perhaps for you, but certainly for some of us "out here!" 🙏♥️

I loved this Heather. You are just an an amazing person and have created a stellar planner line! I hope you are very proud of yourself- because you should be:) Thank you for being so honest and vulnerable and sharing with us. I think reflection is so valuable- and yet I don't do enough of it (perhaps because it can be emotional and painful too)!? I love hearing the back end of Sprouted and how hard it truly is. I don't hear that enough- yet I know it is so true! It makes me value these planners all the more! And this video made me pull out your weekly planner. I actually haven't done my "personal" goal for 2024 yet...I have done my house & projects list...and it's not a fun one. It entails getting foundation repair done and then a new AC unit....I want new couches, new flooring and so many other more fun and pretty things. But alas we need AC in Texas...lol;)

You are so right, Amanda. Reflection is like a therapy session - amazing, emotional, and draining, but so worth it. And way cheaper than actual therapy hehe. Oh my goodness, those are some big house projects for the year. Oh home ownership :) But yeah, your A/C is as important as our furnace!

Thank you for sharing such an amazingly honest reflection! To your questions: - My 2024 focus looks like being my house. I moved last year, and am now able to get some work done on the place. - From you: I have to admit, I'd love to hear more about the business side!

Best wishes on your home! That's exciting, and also a lot of work that is hopefully so worth it. Thanks for letting me know what you'd like to hear more about - I'd love to share more in the future.

Copy writing for creatives is absolutely a great one! I only got a little way into it before I rebranded and set it aside until I finish switching websites from the old brand to the new one. But I hear you on the courses. That was me in 2023: no more new ones until I finish the ones I already have.

Thank you so much for sharing! You're an inspiration! I'm so glad you didn't quit because I'm really finding joy in using your daily planner. My big project for the year is getting another certification in my field. I would like to know more about how you renewed your faith and your process and views about therapy. :) Much love to you, Heather!!

I really enjoyed your honesty about past and future things. I’m so glad you are in a happier place! Your products are amazing and i think focusing on less items is a great idea. Your planners are the absolute best! Thank you for all you do for us. And i don’t mean all your products. Just listening to you talk about your life gives so many of us a chance to see that things can improve if we seek help and faith. Thank you and wish you and your family the very best this year!

Liked this video. I can relate to all the courses, the yucky feeling of.debt esp in business, the sadness and therapy and growth (new widow finding her way). I liked what one of your videos said about Intentions rather than goals. I've always hated goals because they rarely end up like I wished and intentions based on values makes sooo much more sense. My goals change do to values of self care and solo parenting or what matters most in the end. Love that.

Oh Rachel, I'm so glad this video resonated with you. I'm incredibly sorry for the loss of your husband, and now your journey as a solo parent. That is an immense load to carry, and I hope you give yourself so much grace. I'm also glad to hear there has been therapy to process it all. Sending you the biggest hug.
