Invent a device that integrated into the human body that stops unnecessary thoughts from entering the mind while engaging in productive activities such as studying, job interviews, cooking, business, learning to ride scooters, scooty, bikes, cycle, cars, e rickshaw, job doing, football playing, chess playing, carrom playing, meditation, yoga, exercise,car driving, bike driving, scooty driving, scooter driving etc and even if we intentionally try to think about unnecessary thoughts from arising and doesn't allow unnecessary thoughts to enter the mind but notice that this device has no negative side effects and make a rule all over the world that this device is free for everyone.
