20230224 Sparring

Due to the ridiculous concrete curbs by the wall and bare concrete underneath the mats, I did not commit to any of my takedowns for safety purposes. Roughly 25%-35%
First time finally implementing the clinch into sparring. Trial & error, room for improvement. Lianhuan Quan sparring I guess.

One thing i learned thing from boxing was how to properly spar. Hitting the head and taking shots to the head. Keeping the chin down you use the Forehead the toughest point on the skull to absorb the light sparring Jab. It is also the safer place you hit your opponent with in sparring.
