Tai O, located in the southwest of Hong Kong, is home to the Tanka people, a community of fisher folk who’ve built their houses on stilts above the tidal flats of Lantau Island for generations. These stilt houses are interconnected, forming a tightly knit community that lives on the water. Gradually forming the fishing village that exists today.
坐落於香港西南面的水之都，大澳，是蜑家人世代相傳的家，他們在大嶼山的潮灘上築起木柱，興建棚屋，每間都相互連接，建構出密不可分的社區，與家人和鄰居一起在水上生活，慢慢形成今日的小漁村。
