Try rubbing an eraser on your new stamps, it helps to take off the manufacture protective coat and they’ll absorb ink better.

Another option is to use pigment ink for the first stamping then go to your dye based inks.

Gayle, you did an incredible job on the MM challenge using your left hand. My husband is ambidextrous and always amazed how easily he can switch hands to write or eat, etc. I can't do anything with my left hand. Your new stamps are really nice and the quality of the stamping looked wonderful. Do you ever stamp with any colors to get different looks or to coordinate with a particular journal you might be planning?
