To all Wolfpack nation, this will go down as one of the ALL TIME great accomplishments ever done by a NCAA basketball team. Duke and UNC fans will never live this down. They may not claim to ever care about this, but deep down, they're mad as hell. And they always will be. Hold your L's Dook and Tarhole fans. This was the year of the Wolfpack! 5 games in 5 days this will never be replicated. No matter who else may do this, the teams we beat were 5 National Championship programs just since 2001 alone. We also took a championship away from 2 unc players, Rj Davis and Bacot, who came back just to win a ACC Championship. They will never be able to ever win the ACC Championship again. They will always remember it was NC State that handed them their last loss, the one team they look down upon the most. I will never forget this and from now on we will simply be known as champions! Great job boys! #GoPack🏆

😮 UNC '91 here... Just want to say that there's no one as beloved in Tar Heel nation as Armando Bacot since Phil Ford and Tyler Hansbrough. We really wanted the ACCT title for him and so did Hubie and the team. NC State got our maximum want and found a way anyway... 🎉 Congratulations to y'all 🐺🦊🐺🦊
