Wow , that’s some picture of that Hawk.He would strike fear in the heart of my Timneh that’s for sure.I bed all those birds there really took off.

Wow Peter, this is a brilliant video! I think this is the first time we've seen a Black Sparrowhawk here? I know it's been the Little Sparrowhawk in the past. You couldn't ask for a better view!

actually the second time I know of , first time it was sitting on the perch on the left side

Thanks. I've only ever seen a Black Sparrowhawk once before (in Johannesburg), and it was a very distant view. This one looks as though it might be sitting on the rail enclosing ABC's viewing deck? What an extraordinary sighting :)
