I remember hearing the fear of socialism and communism would say religion would be banned.

I think back in the 70s and 80s there was a good dose of "communism bans religion" behind the fear of communism - today I think it's just about money and misanthropy. It's become an excuse to not try to make things better. And holding up "socialism" or "communism" as the only, or necessary, options is a deceitful tactic to not to make things any better.

At the police-station I wanted to know about the possible extortion going on robbing the money that people are giving the beggars at the train-station. The detective gave me a lot of common-sense advice about how to see people. I could only tell him that I was glad that he was here being a detective, but that that's not how I see life or want to be as a person (on the streets). Being wary about others is only a breath away from being dangerously hateful - sometimes without wanting to be hateful. Good luck for your mouth - getting the tooth repaired is better sooner than later. You see how it's been going. Love.
