2024 12 29 Bound by Love

Our world is becoming increasingly divided, one from another. Political, social, business, and even religious leaders, seeking only personal gain, prey on humanity by stoking hatred and fear to break us apart. Such deliberate divisiveness is not Christian. Jesus is not a Messiah of hate.
So, how do we respond to the evil forces that would separate us from each other and God? Paul, in Colossians 3: 12 - 17, shows us a better way. It is the way of love, which is the only bond strong enough to ward off all the divisive attacks perpetrated by those driven by lust for fame, power, and wealth.
Take some time to watch this message and see if you can find a way to be bound by love to God and to others the way Jesus intends. Let's make a difference in the world by refusing hateful division and embracing love for God and love of our neighbor.
