I know my comment comes after you decided to leave, but---- Like you mentioned the reason they wont sell the ebr 75 is because of the matchmaking limits they imposed on wheeled vehicles. These weren't implemented until after the wheeled vehicles were screwing up games. If they sell the 75, then there would be too many 75's waiting to be matched up with another wheeled vehicle like another 75.

Sorry to hear that, i really liked your content.. i broke my damage record also in fv4005 it was a suprise to me i never crossed 8k damaged ever and just like that boom 8,7k in a battle in ghost town i even had 2 blindshot fully 1 shot tanks... It is strange really

The mm, match balance and overall experience is so bad I put my acc on sale, ironic since just a month ago I marked ths concept5 for example. The battles are so bad it's unplayable, ppl dying so quickly it's unreal, you lose battles after 3-4 minutes and in a row no less, which is so demoralizing! There is a limit and that limit has been surpassed...

I play like 4 or 5 games a day, lately even less. The wipeouts are killing me... Admit, I'm not a good player, but I'm trying to do my best, play my part and improve. But seeing TDs push the heavy line and heavies camping on hill 😢 is just sad. When you try to push a side, no one helps you. No one does their job. No awareness, no team play. So I play lights, I feel this way I can do more for such stupid teams, but lately even this doesn't work. Lighting up half the enemy team, no one shooting them. This game is in it's last stage, they are milking what they can. Very sad, because the potential is still big.

This game has the biggest potential of any game I have ever played, and I have played hundreds of titles. Unfortunately it will never grow to its fullest because of corporate greed. Today we have seen Wargaming not even pretending or trying to hide it. A tank for 100000 gold… I am officially quitting.

I noticed this too recently and I don't really understand it. When I load in the players on average seem to have better scores than ever before; I'm seeing a lot more yellow/green players in XvM. But at the same time it's easier than ever getting monstrous results making very standard plays. I don't play often, maybe 1-4 games every other day. I play tier VI; I just think it's more balanced. They never advertise premiums at this tier anymore and haven't released one in forever. Unlike tier VIII+ it's rarely a blowout, and if it is, there's much more comeback potential. That being said, in each session I've usually been getting at least one result that's 3300+ damage doing the same things and playing the same positions I almost always have. It's wild!

I subscribed today just to find you you have created a new channel. You make good content I I have watched many of your videos. I understand that you get frustrated and bored. Skill based match making could help making the game more interesting. Also you have played almost 66k games. No wonder you get bored. I played back when the game was new and got bored and frustrated after only 7k games. For many years I did not play. Play some more now for a few years but sometimes it's good to be a way for some weeks or months.

good video. I noticed a lot of well aimed shots missing the target some times. Also keep doing well ( 1st or 2nd) but still loose the battle, plus 33% or more of your team do no damage. Maps like Mines where you loose the hill and other team members don.t realise that someone needs to hug the hill to proxy spot the enemy, so when i do it no one shoots the ememy😪

I play on the Hong Kong server (Asia) as we lost ours here in Australia, but I don't notice 'clueless' opponents enough to be suspicious. It is easy now for beginners or Tier 3 players to *BUY* a high tier tank. Maybe there's something in that. Also, BOTS have been around for a while and with AI getting better at a rapid rate now, perhaps there are more BOTS in the game in an effort to get games happening quickly - not waiting in the cue (good) and you getting more games in and wasting credits quicker as Wargaming wants (bad). It's a balanced game!

The MM is terrible, therefore the games are so bad and fast. You are lucky that you can win anyway but if you are not such strong and you are grinding its usually random if win or loose. Why in hell WG creates new contend but doesnt fix the MM first? Its not difficult to avoid tank fails like 3 XM vs. 3 SHPTK and skill fails like 3 top tier players with 42 % WR and 2000 rating vs. 3 unicums with 55 % WR and 9000 rate. Some players even cant drive straight forward and then they are matched as a top tier against super unicums. Thats useless! Its so easy to put the bots in BOTH teams and not in one only!

@johnmoe2806 Its enough to make sure that the total player skill is in both teams almost equal. Means not to put all bad players in one team and good players in the other team like it is often now.

WG doesn't want that, they want the game to be imbalanced so it works like a one handed bandit. It's designed to work like gambling.

You're right, it's now just a win/lose slot machine. No tactics, very chance to make an impact when games are just 2 minutes rofl stomps. Watch out for PanzerKampf and Steel Aces. If they balanced and fun WoT is over.

I think the slot machine mentality is what they actually planned to achieve. We thought it's bad design that lead to this but I really think they actually engineered this in on purpose. 3 minute gamble roll, next one... I'll check them out!

I noticed alot of odd plays and yolos since the Christmas period. And it seems to be continuing through January. Very odd, and I do think the game is becoming unplayable. I'm sure it passed this point a long time ago for many players already.

New players are allways welcomed in any game ..but wot mm is kinda wierd nowday .last game in premium At 15a ..i got 1 shot out and i was moving forward whole game.game was over in 2mins..pick a slow tank is useless.same goes whit using armor used crysler blocked 7k damage yet as i coundnt not pen mouses/e100 weakspots i was last in exp gain

I play on NA with a high ping, for example I played 10 games today for 8 losses with results 1-4 enemy kills to destroy our whole team (mind you I am an average player at best), but teams have been not so good imho (MM to blame there possibly), good deployments have been sparse to say the least, most games have vacant thrust lines leaving the enemy to form lines of crossfire on exposed flanks, many medium and light tanks going into heavy lines brawling etc RNG also hates me as my accuracy has been less than adequate resulting in non pens etc, while my tiny exposed cupola is constantly hit at range from tanks with worse accuracy than a bucket of wheat inside a barn (yes I have been checking on my setups through Skill's site), so my experience has been a bit different to yours, have also noticed a lot of toxicity in the player base lately, blocking travel, pushing others out into fire etc not to mention chat which is very colourful at times. There are good games, but I believe you are correct in saying they are a few mixed into allot of mediocre to downright floggings like my experience today, it just depends on which side the MM has put you on.

i also agree with you that 100k gold for a tank is disgusting. for me wargaming know the game is dying and are milking as much as they can before it implodes. its the only game i play so its sad for me

Answering you. It def feels like the skill level of many players is not the same (lower). Don't get me wrong I am still rubbish but I mean like positions in battles etc, like people don't know where the heavy line/position is, or how to flank in mids etc. So ya I can agree that maybe older/more experience players are maybe leaving.

i have thought for some months now that there are many wargaming bot tanks in the matchmaker. tanks doing strange camping and not responding to communications or auto responding to being pinged.

I think you might be vastly underestimating your skill and the average skill level of players. I try hard to win. I only run bounty and bond equipment I always run food and I shoot a lot of gold. In 2024 I was barely over 50% wr. I can see why you get bored with randoms because you are so good.

I think you are right. DarkNinja have an idea for skill based matchmaking to even out the games and make them more interesting for all players. I see my team winrate probability when game starts and while not always correct usually the 60% winrate team win. So when you start game after game and see tomato 40-45% winrate team it's not very fun to play. 50-50 or there about would be much more interesting.

Seen a few games like this where the enemy have an arty and an obvious threat and easily damageable tank fairly static and not 1 shell is aimed at it. Likewise here apart from 1 or 2 tanks that made a minor play for you none of the others either understand the threat the EBR is or like you say play like bots whilst getting farmed by you, oblivious. I played a Manti on Erlenberg and we zerfed down the outside of the castle, all over in under 5 mins - i had almost 2k damage and over 8k spotting and I didnt take 1 shot in return and it got me thinking like you, what an odd game/opponents i had.

I'm not skilled enough to have a qualified take on the state of WoT (NA Server) in general. A 2-marked a Hellcat and 1-marked a Char yesterday sort of player. (beta tester who went away for 11 years and picked it up again last summer) That being expressed I was Standard Battle only until a couple weeks ago and I can say that by comparison the other formats tend to be quite a bit more chaotic, less rote play, and as a result I do a bit better in them. Steppes in particular in Encouter or Assault a LT feels free to roam in a way I never, ever would Standard... at least not until the rote positions are uprooted. To express: perhaps the match you chose might not be the best example, even if you are correct. You got astonishingly close to some of those heavies without being detected I noticed. Entirely possible I could do that in a maxed-out ELC but I certainly haven't ever tried. I CAN say that on NA I've gotten to the point that my intention a lot of the time, to be an irritant, is succeeding - funny how you can feel the animosity of the person on the other side of the server sometimes, how it gets expressed in how they play. So in that sense I still see a lot of skilled play at least on NA. Of course there are still instances of being clubbed on a pier, but by and large I haven't noticed anything between my getting a half-way decent video card (July 2024) and now (January 2025). Is it possible your acquisition of new skills is being experienced now not in and of yourself but instead in seeing the mediocre play of others more clearly? Food for thought perhaps!

If you don't feel proud for your results in a video game and need no more to built your ego around it, it just means you start to grow up. But i agree, it feels subjectively that many weird people are online - but we didn't realized it back then, because we were as weird.

You have to deal with odds and don't be too narcissitic with your imaginary skills - which are for us all summarized just looking at a black flat plastic screen and moving the right hand slightly more while pressing 5 keys with the other - Play as a team as much as possible and see the true nature between all that egos driving around pretending to be something they are not - and have some fun! Because for real, you achieve no goals playing a game, it is always a time-waster. And following an egotistical goal will always make you feel alone. Always and everywhere. If you want to achieve something, e.g. built something in the real world. And what I learned in art early about perfectionism: it is ok and good to seek perfectionism, but knowing it doesn't exist. Stay fresh man! It is all in our heads!

This is a question for you and others to. What to do??? I keep playing for the team as such and this gets me killed badly always when I do. I know I probably shouldn't, but something makes me defend that weak flank or help the light/other team member that needs support. Again I'll accept a level of my own lack of skill, but any advice on playing as a team player or being a selfish git? Any comments, suggestions guys?

Today Wargaming answered that question for me. They removed the most toxic tank in history and they brought it back for MONEY. Gambling in WoT was already much but enough is enough. I'm OUT.
