Thanks for the video. But I have one question about the translation. The pre-acceptance letter was send to me via email not as a pdf . They told me you should summit your documents on universitaly portal it helps for further visa process after validation. Then they advice me to upload documents in language of English or Italy France unless it doesn't applicable. no there is no problem in your application, but for the translations they need Italian translation of your original documents for the enrollment.. for the acceptance letter i think you can print download the email

So my question was I was entitled for the scholarship they sent me a pre-acceptance email I changed the message to pdf on Gmail. I uploaded the pre-acceptance letter that I changed to pdf from Gmail and uploaded on the universitaly portal. I also uploaded all my documents. the enrollment time depends on the university and if there will be a payment or not... but most of the universities don't ask for payment, for further you can get the time of enrollment from deadline section of your university. But if you are asking for the pre enrollment cause they are different, most of the time it is at the end of June or beginning of July

If the university accepts you, its likely the rejection is non...if there is a problem with your application they will contact you to correct it... you only need summary for DOV not CIMEA... for CIMEA you can request even if you don't have summary...but for DOV you need summary...but you can have the appointment in advance and take your summary when you go in person
