Couldn't agree with you more on Weegar, Peterka, Nelson and Kyrou. I will be targeting these guys. In my keeper league I've had Weegar for 3 years he's a gem. He's so good I would seriously consider him for Team Canada. Not feeling the Hall, Trouba and, to an extent, Carlson picks. I don't see the Capitals offense being that much better, if at all. Luukkonen will be drafted higher in my leagues I know that for sure. I wouldn't draft Annunen unless he's a handcuff. I don't think Georgiev will struggle as much as he did last season. Colorado D will be better.

You probably have the best forward line up in your league. Your D and G are suspect at best. Might need to trade one of your forwards for a D/G

@Jlindss ya, I had pick 12 which kinda sucks because by the time my 3rd pick came around, 7 defense were already off the board. Not big on goalies in my league, last year none cracked top 50.

I have a big question to anyone that can answer. I'm commish and 3 of 16 managers bailed in the dynasty. Rather then the draft being nasty I took over the teams set the keepers and lock them. They play against each other with exception of one that counts as a bye match. My question is my name is attached to these and I'm a diamond ranking player. What's the best thing I can do to ensure these non existent managers dont lower my ranking. I worked hard to get it where its at

Hey Julien, I have a question. So my league this year allows us to start 3C, 3LW, 3RW, 4 defense, 2 G, and 4 bench. What positions should I focus on early? Defense? 12 team, H2H, G, A, P, PPP, SOG, HIT, BLK, PIM

Send like a lot of dmen go early so definitely focusing on them early doesn't hurt. There's a lot more forward value than d value late in drafts

We have the same league set-up! Your league heavily favors point producers and you have so many forward positions to fill. Prioritize point producing wingers!!!! - especially double position but do not sacrifice points for a second position unless they're a banger god like svech or meier. You can find peripherals on the waiver wire, you cant find points. I went F F G F F F D, that D was Hamilton and my goalie Skinner. I was later able to get Matheson EK65, Lauzon and Faulk. My dmen are a lot better than I planned for. Wait to grab sole Cs later trust me. Hintz, Tavares and Hischier went around the 100 ADP in my draft, this is where I recommend grabbing your first sole C, you can get a ton of value. Sleeper options for you in a bangers league: Guenther, Pospisil, Lauzon, Michkov, Vilardi, Buchnevic, Wilson, Peterka, Rust, P Kane, Neighbours, Byram, Faulk, Sanderson, Gustafson, Silovs - in no particular order. I would try to land one of the top D men - Makar, Hughes, Bouchard, Josi, Fox earlier on (rounds 1-3). Then you can fill your 3rd and 4th D spots with guys who have great peripherals and can chip in a few points (Nurse, Parayko, McNabb). I'd also get your 1st goalie before round 5 as the depth there isn't as good as FW.

He's literally ADP 200. He's worth a dart throw with the very last pick of your draft. If he sucks, you drop him - literally no risk involved

When you do these lists could you maybe add players that are established that are similar in value that you would drop in their place. To give us an idea of your choices. Thanks I play in a points league standard cats.
