2024.8.4 碓氷峠・軽井沢サイクリング/Usui Pass and Karuizawa Cycling

今回は遠征サイクリングで群馬県まで行きました。
碓氷峠を越えて、軽井沢町でブラブラ観光してコーヒー巡り。避暑地で有名なだけあって人多かったですね。さすが軽井沢。噂通りの涼しさでしたね。高原にあるので気温が違う気がします。熊野神社にも寄って差し入れの力餅も美味しかったです。あんことクルミの糖分で後半がんばれました。もっとゆっくり散策するには泊まりがけがいいかなあ。日帰りは忙しないですね。またあとでゆっくり行こうっと

This time I went to Gunma prefecture on a long cycling expedition.
After crossing Usui Pass, I strolled around Karuizawa town and went coffee hopping. It was a famous summer resort, so there were a lot of people. As expected of Karuizawa. It was cool as rumored. I feel like the temperature is different because it's on a plateau. I also stopped by Kumano Shrine and the Chikara Mochi that was given to me was delicious. The sweet bean paste and the sugar from the walnuts gave me the strength to carry on in the second half. I think it would be better to stay overnight to explore more leisurely. It's not a busy day trip. I'll go back later and take it easy.
