Count down to new year 25th - I scripted a couple things let y’all know how it goes, using with a guided meditation of the heartbeat method 26th - we had a cheese board and my gran was gushing about how adorable and sweet I am and my mom called me her angel. I scripted that I wanted an angelic aura 27th - I’ve been super motivated to be creative again 28th - started wearing my contact lenses again and I made two separate mood board sets 29th - got told not once but twice that I have “such a small face” 30th - nothing to report, tomorrow I’m gonna be super busy with family and new years so this is my last update. @@ziiaxxliez I just script a memory very matter of factly “this happened then this and my mom did this and I responded with this” I use this type of scripting because I can easily fill in the blanks in my head of scents and colours and really feel it despite the writing being devoid of details. Reading it back feels like I’m recalling a memory as I add the details in my head. You need to find a method that makes it feel real for you. That you connect with.

I listened to this both yesterday and today, about 9 to 11 times each. When I say I scared myself with how productive I was after I listened to it, I mean it!! Planning to continue, and will update😉 Update: Day three had nothing noteworthy, just very pleasant, and again, quite productive. It's true that one of my main focuses is being more focused overall, and it's definitely helping with that. Also, I believe my hair is less oily that it would usually be, which is great !
