My absolute favorite track in the whole country that I've had the pleasure to drive. I travel all over for work, and I've been to about 20 outdoor facilities with good rental karts and AMP is without a doubt the best track. That downhill into the hairpin is both exhilarating and frustrating. I only got to go one afternoon while in the area and run about 25 laps, and i might have gotten that corner right 3 times! The rental karts they had were not the best and 2 of the three i drove suffered from bad brakes and/or lack of power but it was still a good time!

Good gear ratio for Sr Light? What size driver?

looks like maybe combining front and rear driver change for a half tooth longer gear or maybe even a full tooth lower in the rear may have been helpful with how good you had the kart rolling.

I totally agree. 1 tooth down would have really helped once I got to the top 10. I was expecting to get more stalled by carnage in the back to midpack, so I left the acceleration gear on. the 219 in-between would have been nasty fast.
