Will you be doing a comparison with the Maruyama? Have the SD2 on preorder but one can get both of VFC’s B&T models for the same price. Yes, material is much better on Archwick’s but more interested in functionality. Am seeing mag feed issues, weak return springs, inconsistent lock back, non functioning ambi mag release, etc. could be first batch lemons but still…. Can’t wait to hear your observations. Hi there, so far, the Archwick does need a breaking in period due to very tight tolerances, but after I hit 1k bbs down range, it's been very nice.

Sorry. Those were problems with the Archwick. Am mindful of the breaking in process so hoping issues are isolated. Your insights will be great to hear. Really like the Archwick material choices but performance is what counts.

@@jhzfnboth count, and VFC loves to cheap out on build quality. People would like to use branding cost as the excuse for this, but the APFGs/Maruyamas are unbranded, so with no licensing cost you’d expect the quality to match the Archwick, and sadly that’s not the case!

I've been so tempted to buy one of these, but I'm just so disappointed that it isn't compatible with the MP9 mags I've already got. Not sure if I want to reinvest in another proprietary mag collection, or just wait and get the KWA PMX. It doesn't look as nice, but it'd save a few hundred dollars... Either way, Nice overview and great video!

Why would you expect Archwick to be compatible with KWA? Is a VFC AR compatible with KWA M4 mags?

GUYS i need fast reply. I've got cgs. I need replasment for upper, and lower reciever, I ve got good option for de recievers, should I buy them? Will cgs parts (I mean triggerbox, buffer, buffertube, budderspring, bolt, forward assist and all the rest stuf). With recievers I would get addicional mws hop up chamber (by guns modify). Will it work? Thanks for reply

Hi there, the keen eyed among you will notice the front sling/hand stop didn't even come with a fastening screw. I am currently waiting for BZ tac to send me one, although I have put a Hera vfg there now.
