2024 Austrian GP Recap

On this week’s episode, Zoe and Hannah are recapping the 2024 Austrian GP. Happy 2nd Birthday! Yeah, HUGE eye roll from me when Max complained on his radio about Lando divebombing and saying that's not how you race when that's exactly what Max did all the time when racing Lewis. The no moving under breaking is a rule and it was created in response to Max's aggressive driving style when he first started in Formula 1.

The max is you can't move under breaking - the rule was introduced after Baku 2017 when max did it to Danny and they caused a massive crash

FIA’s F1 race director Charlie Whiting has now informed teams that any change of direction under braking which results in another driver having to take evasive action will be considered abnormal Article 27.5 of the F1 Sporting Regulations

IIt''s a shame, Max has let himself down - he is so good he didn't need to resort to dirt and dishonesty! I'd started to really warn to Max. - impressed at him as a driver for being better than the Reb Bull! More importantly, I started to respect how he'd matured on track, able to race so hard but fair! - to be honest about mistakes! Without that, I've lost that respect and admiration for him as a legendary driver!
