It's been nearly a year since I was at this property, and it hadn't been tended to in that time. It was a big clean up, with a few new tools to try out!

I remember this place. A bad plumbing job and the big cement slab that I thought was where you park your car. Then I saw the step up and decided it would make a great sitting area. It turned out so nice. All fresh and clean, ready to be enjoyed. Nice job, Sean.

I have a Greenworks reel mower! I use it over my gas mower because I mow in the early morning and the reel mower is quiet and won't disturb my neighbors. In the summer it can be 90°F at 6:00 a.m., so getting grass cut early is a necessity when you're old.

I notice that some lawn services that use battery powered equipment bring extra charged battery/ batteries to finish. I am so impressed with how good this lawn looks by the end of the video. And it is fun watching you carve the excess away to reveal a mastetpiece!masterpiece!! Bravo! ❤

I have a Ryobi 40 volt mower, now I am not deafed while mowing I also have the blower and weed whip/edger. My neighbor works night shift. He was surprised he didn't wake up when he saw my lawn was mowed one afternoon he said "Man I must have been beat" "I can't believe I didn't wake up. I fessed up and showed him my mower, and powered it up in my garage. He was amazed now he has one. But borrows my blower and edger
