Loved this video. And while I'm not a particular fan of fine art, going by your definition of it through your images, I do appreciate what you do and your explanation of it. I am also an advocate of B&W 😊. As I sit here and marvel at the delivery of your 100,000 subscriber plaque, whilst contemplating how to film and release my first video, I can't help but feel excited at the possibilities that lie ahead. Of your photos on display in this video, the one I favoured most never even made the top 6, let alone the top spot (the tree near the end @31.05). Great photo, but each to their own 🙌. Keep up the good work and I look forward to following your progress in 2025.

If I may say so, my favourite from 2024 is your video of the Shoalstone Seawater Pool. That was the first video that brought me to your channel. However, I had to watch the video twice, the first time I didn't understand the content, it wasn't until about a month later when I stumbled across Fine Arts again that I watched the video again and realised that it was absolutely fascinating. Congratulations on your award from UTube. You deserve really deserve it. Absolutely stunning image's. The comment you mentioned about someone saying about removing the other boats i think they are nuts. Leaving that single boat and removing the others looked great. They can't be much of a photographer if they were going to take the original shot which would look horrendous on the wall lol. Keep up the great work Gary. 100K - great accomplishment. I have only been watching got a few months in 2024 - glad to have found your channel. What got me to watching you was a search for filters. The first one I watched was like 2-years old - but how you explained time, ISO and the whole gambit allowed me to spend the money on my first filter set - Only later did I realize the ones the salesperson sold me is the brand you use - I do love them and have had great results over the past several months.

Brilliant video Gary and although I've only been to Loch Stack once, I'm going back at the end of March. I tried to get there in February last year, but as I was staying in Ullapool, and the weather was treacherous, I turned back at the Kylesku Bridge. I couldn't risk getting trapped in my car, which is also a sledge in snow. Obviously, as you were stranded for three days, I presume you had adequate heat and food in your van. I'm just wondering if you would ever do a video of your van set up please as I think all of us hobby photographers yearn to have a van so that we can be in exactly the right place at the right time without having to worry about getting to or from hotels etc. A van tour would certainly be something I'd like to see if possible please.
