There are good roads only in cities like Mumbai,Delhi and bangalore .In small cities the roads are very bad .This is one of the reasons why rich people in India don't buy sports or super cars .You can only see cars like Lamborghini , porshe , Audi R8 , and farraries in metropolitan cities.But nowadays roads are really improving throughout India and the government has started to take measures to solve the problem of cows and dogs on the roads
