Sooo someone describe to me the purpose of only pulling any given class at no more than what ever the mph indicator is ?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but the weight of the tractor determines the class each one pulls in and those classes have a speed limit. These are NATPA rules and new to Texas antique pulling in 2024.
