2024 Cozy Fall Decorating | Cottagecore | *No Haul* Decor

Hi friends! I'm sharing my fall living room decorated for fall! This is definitely a video where you grab a cup of coffee or tea and sit and enjoy some early fall scenes around the house and a very calming, quiet few minutes of peace, which we all need I'm sure:-)
I used things I had, pillow covers, throws, books, candles, and added some organic elements from outside including sour wood branches, golden rod, hydrangeas and a few of the pumpkins and gourds I grew. All free.

I appreciate the video you just did about the flood. I was given opportunity to drive through the southern Appalachians and immediately fell in love with those mountains. God sometimes just puts the prayers in our hearts. Although I couldn’t stay long, I agreed if one day I would leave my flatland residence, it would be to retire in the finest place there. I did not meet many people but I am positive I could find it friendly because we would have the goodness of the Lord in those mountains!

Oh, to see the beauty in decay is to honor nature. I could almost feel my toes in that cool stream. I think a table filled with books is the ultimate in pleasure. Add a glowing candle, and I could stay there all day, while the leaves fall. Amber and ruby glass candle vessels are my absolute favorite. The feel they give is so warm and cozy. This room is a warm hug. Thanks for the tranquil moment of calm.

What it treat it was to sit down with my morning coffee before work and find that you did a new video!! I really enjoyed your beautiful video and all the amazing colors that Fall offers! Thank you!! We are safe, but our little creek flooded up to about 12" from the house, and we had to evacuate. It was scary for a while, but we are incredibly thankful! We have power and cell only back, but our entire area is a war zone, and it's been hard to process:-( I'll share a video soon.

I live near Greensboro and my church is filling a rental truck with supplies and heading there to Swannanoa and Black Mountain soon with volunteers. I know you can change the mopheads pink or blue with different PH, but not sure about these varieties. They’re either really dark pinkish purple or white☺️☺️

Wonder if you can help give me some information about your area and Helene. Do you know if Rutherfordton got hit bad? I wish I had their address and don't know where I put it right now. Also I had a close friend who lived on 'Fisher Creek Rd in Sylva and was wondering how the area she loved so much was doing. 'she loved sitting on her rear porch overlooking the creek. I didn’t see anything about Fisher Creek Jackson County had flooding but not long term issues like more east. I think Rutherford County did have damage but have not seen a lot from there on our local news. Wish I could help more🙏
