I’ve recently started using just dawn and hot water and not only do the floors come out cleaner than anything else I’ve used, but it’s cheaper than buying all these other different cleaners for all different areas of the house.. I just use dawn everywhere! Even the walls! No strong chemical scents AND with tiles in the kitchen, doesn’t leave streaks or stickiness! 👍🏼

I also just started this and am so surprised at the difference and effectiveness! I was using the bona floor cleaner and pine sol and my floors were soo sticky after every use!

@@AshleyMarie2.0 yessss same! When I used the dawn with my steam mop on the tile I swear the tile was even a brighter color! Using all these other cleaners the floors were apparently still filthy all this time! 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Hello Lauren, I have also started spring cleaning and decluttering. It’s a good feeling to donate to others. I use Mr. Clean Lemon, it has a very light fresh smell I think you will love. Lauren our dog does the same, we keep a blanket on the couch for her. So if she wants to dig, she can in the blanket. I read they do it to find a cozy spot.

I mop using original tide powder and it’s perfect. Makes the house smell like clean laundry, but it’s not too strong!

Doing too much in one day definitely gets you overwhelmed. I've gotten more spring cleaning done by holding myself accountable to finishing one task a day. If I get more done great but if not it feels good that I knocked something off the list. :)

Hey girl - so much motivation here - for my basement toilet I too get that hard water stain - I use a pumice stone / I get them from Amazon- usually a two pack with handles - very cheap like less than 5 bucks! They last awhile too!!! They don’t prevent it from happening but they sure do make them disappear!!! Take care of you!!!

Pumice stone for the toilet ring. When I lived in Texas we had hard water and it took care of it.

Mr.Clean with gain smells really good and works well on floors

I use a pumas stone to scrub the ring around the toilet from hard water. Amazon sells them with a handle and it works amazingly!

I had those water rings in my toilet. I recently found Zep toilet cleaner it keeps the ring away for weeks. The secret is to leave it on for a bit then go in and scrub

I have the same couch, and I use the same fabric shaver, it does make the fabric look much better! 😊 My personal favorite is lemon lysol as well, but every once in a while I use Mrs. Meyer's Lemon Verbena concentrate and hot water in my ocedar mop. The scent isnt strong and doesnt linger. (Imo)

Hey Friend, Happy Saturday. You can’t start cleaning without a healthy drink to assistant you through the cleaning. ❤ I love that you try to get as much done as you can in one day but don’t overwhelm or push yourself to get done it. Also I love that you will move the cleaning that you couldn’t get done the day before into the next day. ❤ my mom uses a couch cover for her couches so nothing happens to them and they stay good as new. ❤

I had the same problem with having a ring around my toilet bowl, so I finally found something that got rid of it it’s called Zeps.(it’s in a spray bottle)It got rid of the ring after letting it sit in my toilet bowl for five minutes. I was so happy to finally have a nice white toilet bowl. ☺️

Nice job Lauren! Everything looks so fresh & clean. I’m guessing you’re going to repurpose the hutch, especially since you’re getting a new dining table. I love the name Molly. 💞 The sweater is just adorable! After you thoroughly clean your toilet, try pouring some bleach in your tank. Every time you flush it keeps under the rim & toilet clean. Get the clorox brand or Walmart brand white (not blue) automatic toilet tank tablets. They go in the toilet tank and everytime you flush it cleans the toilet. We have extremely hard water so I know about the ring around the toilet and these are the only thing I’ve found that actually works. Just drop one in the tank once a month and all you do is lightly clean the toilet once a week. Works great. ❤

The stain could be from hard water. Maybe add some salt to your tank to see if that helps.

Remember every single pregnancy is or at least can be completely different. Mine both were. Just take it day by day, little by little. This pregnancy you may just have to pace yourself way more than you did with Oliver ❤

Don’t overdo it…you did a lot in this video. We have a trunk that spiders put eggs under and we have to vacuum under it frequently or we would be taken over. That’s really the only place we have them though.
