Beautiful home. Love the doors, the ceilings, the sleek kitchen(inside & outside). Great design choices! Really like the privacy on the sides and behind the home. The dining area looks a bit small, but that’s only a problem if you have a large family or love the entertain. Also, I would have skipped the railing around the pool and gone with the clear view panels for the lanai. Overall, they did a fabulous job. Modern homes can come off a little cold, but this home seems very warm and inviting. Also, you really can’t overlook that your neighbor has two boats…If you’re a good neighbor, maybe they’ll let you borrow one😝

It states the price and everything else you need to know about the property. It’s done this way so that I can update the prices on a daily basis because a lot of times the prices will go down. This is the most convenient way for me to update my videos otherwise I would have to reshoot the video every time the price changes
