They want to put in as little effort as possible to get money quickly. This game needs new graphics and better performance. Countries like Poland Belarus have no original regions. The constant bugs are also frustrating and I won't spend any more money on a game like this! eversim is cutting off funding from France and the EU, they don't want to have anything to do with the community, they simply don't care

Pls Eversim do a big discount on old titles from time to time It's better to get 5€ from 1.000 people than 30€ from 100

Only if they updated their games they wouldn’t have to implement so much stuff at release, and they wouldn’t have to delay so much a release. This game has been the same since the first one. If they cared about the community, if they cared at all about anything they would’ve fixed or at least address all the complaints.

I first saw the game series from another KZbinr around 2019, and I haven't visually seen any major improvements of it since then. The reviews of the latest game just confirms it.

Well this sounds like how eversim sort of operates. I wish they would do more updates, communicate with us, and actually implement changes to the game that people ask for.

different variants of PR, ability to remove monarchs. Better election nights. Watch an exit poll come in at 10pm and looking at the who gains what (uk for example) All it is though is just, who has the most votes wins.

Everyone loves to talk shit about Eversim and downplay what they’ve created but I don’t see any other modern geopolitical games that are even comparable to the P&R series.

@@FredrikKarlsson-p1u WWE is not good. Awful graphics, confusing menus and nothing works as intended. Maybe in a few years with more devs and if they step away from the ugly flashy “digital” graphics scheme. Like why do missiles look like Dragon Ball ki blasts?

Graphics are not most important, but freedom and dept should be important on Geopolitical sims. On all Geo-sims I have played P&R most and like it most but there are a lot of annoying things. First annoying thing is there is no gold standard so if you grow too fast you actually doom your country. And there is also no political dept. all is based on political specters. ANd it is really hard to reach 50 years into game, course it get bugged.

I tried lots of games and have to say that the cold war mod for Victoria 2 is a better modern day geopolitical game than P&R.

I just want a game that doesn't become unplayably buggy 1 year into the playthrough is that too much to ask ............. unbelievable how the bug that blocks you from placing any buildings on the map is still in the game to this day...............

Why would I spend 45$ on a buggy game in which nothing besides some new mechanics changed from 2016? Every new edition of this game feels like a scam. Those "editions" seem more like updates than entirely new games that you have to spend money on. 0 changes in graphics, 0 changes in UI, a couple of bugs fixed in a span of 6 years. Let's compare those "editions" to something simple like new DLCs for Stellaris. In Stellaris everyone gets a free update to the game they bought some time ago and if they are willing they can buy the new dlc that comes with the update. Also a DLC for Stellaris gives me more content for the game and gives it some more flavor. In power and revolution the changes are so small that I literally can not feel the difference between that HUGE paywall. So basically you pay a flipping price of an AAA game for an update to a questionably cool looking geopolitical simulator. I like the concept of the game. I like to sometimes watch some youtube gameplays about it but when I bought it and played it for 30 minutes I decided to return in on steam because of how buggy it feels. Like really? Lowering the taxes enrages the majority of the population? Absurd.

I like the game but unfortunately it lacks fundamental content, I emailed them and suggested things that could be implemented I hope they're going to do that because I'm pretty sure it would uplift the game I suggested a whole politics mechanics overhaul

I will continue to support and buy eversin games until a better alternative shows up. All the other “alternatives” are junkware scams like WW&E and Superpower 3.

a new version is always good. but the replayability has become too low in my eyes. You can't turn life upside down in the country. for example, Belarus. how can I join the EU for it without activating cheats? it will not work to raise the minimum wage, because illegal employment will increase. It is impossible to improve relations with EU countries to a level where they can accept me without cheats. and if with cheats, the AI still behaves incorrectly. great relations with Poland, but you can't build a railway or a highway to Poland because of allegedly bad relations... I am generally silent about the DPRK.
