Voter education needs to be rolled out at least 18.months to 2 years in advance, nationally especially in rural areas. Manual and with information technology,. That is the government's job. This roll out needs to start, and this will definitely increase voting numbers. Education is a must. This will also better prepare IEC and the people of our country. voting is extremely important to us. That point needs to be put across to PPL and the consequences of not voting.

This is ambiguous. If one follows the news, pays attention to service delivery and looks at the state of the environment, it becomes clear whether the government is doing well or not. The onus is also on the voters to educate themselves on matters that pertain to them. Many radio and television stations host analytical programs that look at various issues all year round. Methinks there is enough information to go around based on the actual performance of these parties. Election campaigning convolutes opinions with a lot of hot air from many parties promising false hopes.

The worst thing that could've happened, during these elections, was these random pop-up parties. Yall cant win against the bigger parties by creating a new party. All that does is create a smaller distribution of votes. The more parties we have, the lesser the votes. Simple math. All these parties have a shared common goal but still choose to not work together. This is just sad. ANC doesnt even need more than 50% votes to win. They just need majority. When will that fact sync to all these political party leaders, because all their parties are doing is splitting the rest of the votes.

Spot on, most of them have similar policy in terms of ideological outlook. If they really had the interests of South Africans at heart, they should of put aside their pride & differences. The fact that they could not speaks volumes of power mongers.

I think that our youth, young people, are quite educated, but demotivated, the problem of joblessness goes way back , before covid. Still we can educate and motivate our young ppl and women to vote, maybe our political parties need to get involved without misleading the people. Only voting can bring about change.

If you are responsible parent and care about your children .u wouldn't say what you just said . Our children are in trouble still expecting government to create jobs .
