Great video, Shaun - thanks for the updates! Speaking of books/movies, I'm reading Jurassic Park for the first time and while I'm only about halfway through, there are SO many differences to the movie. And... oddly enough, I think I enjoy the movie more (which is usually not the case with me). Haha!

@@TedReadInstead I like (pretty sure that you've noticed this already so it's not a spoiler) that in the book, Alan likes kids, because kids love dinosaurs and he loves dinosaurs, so they naturally get along. I can see why Spielberg made the change to show Alan's development to being protective toward the kids, sorta showing he's ready for fatherhood which is also created I think since there isn't a romance story in the book I believe. So I can see why they changed that, but I liked the book version. It makes sense for Alan to like kids because kids like dinosaurs. @@shaunholt Yes, that was definitely one of the bigger differences I spotted, along with a few others. And I can see your point... it does make sense. I just think I enjoyed to see Grant's change and growth in the movie more. Added some humor along with some noticeable character growth.

​@@TedReadInstead I can't say Spielberg was wrong to do it. The film is definitely a masterpiece. And a lot of it owed to John Williams, who orchestrated so many famous themes from people's childhoods.
