I’m usually one for the smaller, compact hidey-holes as I find the big manors to often be all space and no substance. This however is exceptional. You can see how much thought has been put into every area with lighting and detail orientation clearly on show. One of the best large homes I’ve ever seen.

Definitely agree with you! A well-organized, cozy home is usually my favorite, but when you can have all of the features you like in a smaller home in a vast home, with really unique design and well-lit spaces, that's worth considering!

Isn't it awesome?! Love all of the included NPC's with backstories, room for your own followers and kids, multiple crafting stations, soils, and well-designed space that doesn't look empty, even for its huge size... And that lighting! I think my personal favorites are the mage quarters and the Daedric ruins, although that garden space with the dragon gives it a run for it's money...

When I saw a 40 min showcase I knew it was epic and I was not dissapointed. I cannot begin to imagine the hours and love put into this. I mean, wow. So many great aspects. As an argonian player, I approve of the grotto.

This mod is jaw dropping. I’ve never seen any home like this in my long Skyrim gameplay. I downloaded Dragonia yesterday and I’m still waiting for the courier to deliver instructions. I’ve hung out in Whiterun, Solitude and Riverwood, yet no courier. I want to move this courier part along so I can explore Dragonia.

The courier should come immediately. Maybe try spending the night at the Vilemyr Inn and walk outside the next day to see if the courier meets you. If not, I'd make sure it's activated and that the plug-ins are active. If it still isn't working, maybe you need the BEES mod. And if you try all of that and it still doesn't work, delete it and re-download. One of those should work!

The return of the pokeball shield. Btw that was a snow leopard not a dalmatian. Honestly though, this home is amazing. My one real critique is that I'm not a fan of the bunk beds. They look cramped even for a kid's bed. Maybe you could make a playlist or video dedicated to the best homes for kids?

Whoops! A student of mine had brought his dalmatian to school the day I was working on that section, so I probably just saw it and goofed. lol I'll make that playlist today, if I can remember! I'm about to go for a run (literally), so possibly sometime after that, although this home, Moddor's Manor, and Dragon's Keep would be in my top 5, for sure, along with Peaceful Garden (especially if you use the Hearthfire Extended Range mod, where they can walk and idle all over the property).

Love doing the business roleplay! I usually get Heljarchen Farm, Windstad Mine, and put in a bunch of properties that have a lot of fertile soils to farm alchemy ingredients, make highly valuable potions, and sell them to the autosell chest in the Legacy of the Dragonborn Saferoom.

A main reason why house mods don't go to Xbox is because mod authors use a good many assets for their mods from other authors whose works are exclusive to Nexus Mods.

If this isn't the author's Magnum Opus SP, please point me accordingly! A cool introduction quest to a staggering location review that I had to watch twice back to back to take it all in, even the Dragonia journal, with some timely pausing during your review. Not much going on in the tiny town of Ivarstead, apart from it's Hrothgar fame perhaps - isn't this place the size of Riverwood? You get one tavern and a long walk if you live around there. Fortunately the author's home is a horizontal and vertical work of art the size of Whiterun, so no need to bother! The exterior is just gorgous, the angel tower and the dragon garden - oh my, I want to sit in that garden and look at the views. The cool interior lighting, I would hug the author for the lighting, particularly the many candles around the arcane enchanter giving the warm lighting feel, which bleeds to cold further out of the corner, awesome stuff. The bedrooms too, with their local warmth in the the overall cold environment. The whole place is mindblowing, the details and the choice of artwork, there's so much, it's almost rude how much we are given to drool over! I would need paragraphs to extol everything on offer I love about this palce. That's it, I've got the to the middle of your review, I shall leave this wall of text as you walk down to the armory in your review at 20:42! You could've made this review on Nexbeth's work here in episode format SP, I could've written for days haha. Lovely work for this review my friend, I enjoyed it so much x

WOW just WOW. Not really a fan of big homes, they tend to feel so empty and my followers either just use a bit or disappear, who knows where! BUT this feels alive with the NPC's. The texture of that fur rug, is that the Mod or have you another mod for textures, as it looks so good. Finally, thank you for taking your time showing us around, all too often its just a quick run through.

One of my favorite Home mods, to bad it creats conflicts on the terrain when using Nolvus mod list, Wind Path mod is ont he same cell and when i remove Windpath they are some esp's missing... :(

That is too bad! I am about to feature Wind Path soon, too. I haven't tried Nolvus. I am using one Nexus collection and have a bunch of different mods I've added one by one over time from watching mod review videos on KZbin. Maybe you could create a non-Nolvus profile for a separate playthrough where you can use this home problem-free.

Thank you! I have a mod list of around 600 mods, so I can't share my whole list, but if I were you, and I was coming back after a long break and just trying to get my game looking better, I would download the Heavy Burns Graphic Mods #24 from Nexus Collections, Skyrim 202x for an AIO texture replacer, as well as every El Sopa or Spaghetti retexture you can find, Cabbage Enb with Nat. Weathers, Lux, Veydosebrom Grass, Blubbos Trees, and Nature of the Wildland. That would be an awesome start. If you also want some stability, there's also a mod pack called Essential Mods for Skyrim that's a Nexus Collection, too, which has a lot of the widely recommended mods.

Thank you! I use Nature of the Wildlands, Veydosebrom Regions, Cathedral 3d Pine Grass, Cathedral Mountain Flowers, Blubbos Whiterun (more trees version), High Quality Ivy Replacer, and a bunch of individual texture replacers for gleamblossoms, nightshade, creep cluster, etc. I also have mods that allow me to plant ingredients from other mods in the soils, but I listed the main mods that make the most difference.

Would this confict with Windpath ? I am running Nolvus Ascension. It has Windpath either really close or in the same spot.

On the Dragonia mod page, it lists Wind Path as occupying the same area. When I watched Hodilton's KZbin video on Windpath (last 30 seconds), it appears Wind Path is right next to it, across the stream. So unless there are landscape edits made, I think you could have the two safely, other than them being separated by a stream of water. Maybe you could assign your favorite follower Wind Path while you live in Dragonia.

I think it depends on what you are trying to accomplish on your playthrough. If you want a large home with NPC's unique design, lots of eye candy, maybe go with Dragonia. If you want an interactive playthrough where you have a good acquisition quest, recruit people to live with you and work for you, and have the great views of the Rift, maybe get Hjertesten. Both are top 10 all-time for me, and I've seen hundreds of home mods. You can't go wrong either way.

Did anyone manage to relocate adopted children to Dragonia? It does not show up as an available home if I tell them we have to move. Also, when I tell a new one that I might adopt, only vanilla homes are listed as options. I tried MHIYH but that does not work for children.

Are you using Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions? If so, did you cast the Bless This Home spell inside of the kids bedroom of the house? If both of those are yes, do you have the patch for USSEP and Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions? If the answer is no to any of these, I'd try these suggestions.

@@SkyrimPlus Thank you! I missed the Bless This Home spell. Now it works for one child, but as soon as I get a second, both get buggy. The first is stuck next to the beds and the second is stuck with the "i have to collect my things" line. At least it works for one now.

If you have Hearthfire Extended, make sure to get the Hearthfire Extended- Multiple Adoptions Patch. Also, I had a similar issue while I was testing Peaceful Garden, and after I played tag with the kids, they were more adventurous and started exploring the property grounds more, so you might try playing a game of tag with them. 😆

@@alexanderwagner9524 Also, on the Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions mod page, under the files section, there's an optional file for "increased range patch for behavior packages". You might want to install that, too, considering it's such a large home. That's what I used with Peaceful Garden, too, and the kids could go out and explore a lot further than usual. With Dragonia being a mega-mansion, I'd probably try that!

@@SkyrimPlus I got it to work. Had to play around with console, reset the adoptions with the mod and now I already have Lucia and Sofie in the house. I'm glad I didn't have to start a new game. Thanks for the advice - I was about to give up on it.

As far as specific homes, I am playing the long game with my channel, and there are some homes I love that I am purposefully "spreading out" throughout the growth of my channel to promote spurts when it lags. Blackthorn is one of these potential videos. I have about 10 of these that I want to time appropriately for growth purposes, but know that it will be one you'll see on my channel, for sure!

I'll be removing vanilla npcs if I download this and replace them with my followers.. not a huge vanilla npc fan due to the fact that they are vanilla with no high quality poly head, I always remove them from every mod I have.

@@SkyrimPlus I should specify. I've noticed a lot of newer Player homes don't seem to feature auto sorting where as a year or two ago it was the standard. Mind you my modding experience with Skyrim started all the way back in 2015 on PC then a long Hiatus then Modded on Xbox One 2 years ago now I'm back to modding on PC AE Edition so my experience with mods is all over the place and it's hard for me to pin point the trends

@@Deltasoldier89 I believe this home has auto-sorting. There are several chests in the armory and one in the main home area and one in front of each of the taverns, if I remember correctly. I think I spoke about it in the armory section of the video. There are still several homes that use that system. A lot of homes use "general stores" too, which are at the station when you want to use it. I started modding a little late to the game, originally on Xbox, and didn't start modding PC until 2021. I wanted to try LC's Build Your Noble House enough to buy a gaming PC, and then it went from there. :D Welcome back to the game. I've really enjoyed AE on the PC, so far, although I can't wait to try Skyblivion, Beyond Skyrim, and Odyssey of the Dragonborn when they release.

Ya your getting into it at a good time. Early Skyrim was a complete diva and didn't like being modded at all. You'd have to change ini files left and right now with mod managers and the updates modding is much easier. Skyblivion is going to be insane! It's slated for a 2025 release right?

@derekmorris89 I would personally prefer having this home over the "Summon Harry Balls" spell. 😆 Is that a created follower mod? Might have to download that one for April Fools! Only one of Lierin's homes are on Xbox, which is Riverside Apartment. I have a video on that one, if you're curious. It's in Riften, near Elgrim's Elixirs. I also have a playlist of all of the home's and mods that are on Xbox, although with the productivity of the Xbox community, I need to update some that have been ported. @@derekmorris89 After cross-referencing my Xbox playlist and my Adoption-Ready playlist (at least for the homes that I've covered), I think you best option would be one of these homes: Hjertesten Hall Cliffside Cottage Pinegrove Lodge Vandfald Cottage Morskom Estate CrystalTower15's Hendraheim (which is WAY better than the normal Hendraheim) Moonlight Cottage Dragons Keep (A boarding school, with a vanilla plus home with a few quirks) Brightmoon Lodge Winterhold Retreat Moddor's Manor (although it may require a patch that may just be for PC) There are several amazing homes listed above, so I hope you enjoy your search! @CheaterGaming3946 If you have a mod manager, check to see if your mod is activated. If it is, check to make sure the plugin is active. If both of those are active, try deactivating the mod and reactivating and then turn on the game. I would also try to enter a city, so you can help the courier find you faster. If none of those work, you may want to delete the mod, re-download, and activate. If it still doesn't work, try installing the BEES mod. That helps support mods designed for newer versions of SE for people who aren't playing the most updated version. Hope one of these solutions can help you!

I asked Nexbeth, and she says while she isn't an expert in GoG, she said there is nothing persay that makes a mod Steam-dependent, other than requiring SKSE, which this mod does not require. With that being said, she thinks it would work in your game version!
