OMG I spent all day fixing this, from installing IE back because windows 11 disabled it. IE launched but no connection. The LAN settings and remove proxy and automatically detect settings did it. Thank you!

Try taking a google chrome download and putting it on a usb thumb drive, you’ll have to get this download from another computer, then run it on the computer that has the problem. As far as I can see on my computer, explorer is not running at all anymore and that’s why you get the error.

Go to advance and then Lan settings and then in that go to the security and make the ssl and tsl setting able to solve this problem ...mine have done.
