Very nice home for the money, great value! I would add, if available, a window in the hall to beds 2 & 3, a opening transom window above the tub in main bath, carpeted bedrooms. I would also want one piece fibreglass shower in MB and one piece fiberglass tub/shower combo in main bath. Would want porcelain sinks if they are plastic. An in-swing rear door would be nice. Great house; like all the colors! Thanks for another tour Sergio!

There’s only 2 user friendly cabinets cuz you can’t put dishes under the sink. That’s not gonna work
