I don't think its something that would "break" the system per se (forgive the pun), if that's what you're worried about... I suspect it has something to do with the ABS and/or stability control where it might get confused about what you want to do, instead opting to fall back to the safe thing of not spinning... Also it might just be the case that getting on the brakes redistributes the pressure such that the rear doesn't lock as aggressively (while potentially locking the front which kills what little rotation you get)... This is probably the least likely explanation as even though the brake booster is producing all of pressure, it should be powerful enough on its own to lock all tires without the you putting pressure into the system through the pedal

@@stephen2282 yeah I’m sure it’s a system design issue that won’t allow you too. But I found it peculiar. I’ve used my parking brake while braking and it helps rotate the car even more by loading the front tires to give you more grip.

@@icebox829 You brake with the front brakes as well you’ll go straight since they do most of the braking, and tires don’t like to turn and brake at the same time
