13:50 I used to have the Disney Store Frank. Unfortunately, it got stolen, a story for another day. That Frank was massive, super heavy too. The detail on it was insane. That is a gem. You should pick it up. It's worth it, if you can negotiate price on eBay.

How frank works is at 9:35. I used this as a guide assembling for my son and couldn’t figure out why Frank wasn’t working but seeing that the arms went in was very helpful
