2024 Freedom 4K Run at Veterans Memorial in Columbus OH

This video shows the beginning of the 2024 Freedom 4K Run which started at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum, located on W. Broad St in Downtown Columbus OH.
The run is done in honor of those who defend our freedoms home and abroad. The run begins at the Memorial and continues up and around the Scioto Mile before it ends back at the Memorial.
While I waited I filmed the Starting line and saw a few camerapeople, including one with a small drone. Always thought that was cool, but since I don't make anything from these videos I don't use fancy equipment, just my iPhone XR, a cheap gimbel from Amazon, a tripod I found at Salvation Army and (today) a monopod I found at a local Family Deals for $2.
But hey, they get the job done.
