Thank you for the video brotha this is exactly what I was looking for. PS the volume only came out of the left AirPod so I started thinking my right AirPod was dead at first 😂😂 I just installed the SST valve controller and I’m in a situation where I’ve look at KZbin videos of countless full exhaust systems. The SST valve control made a big difference so now I am thinking of going a single midpipe. It seems you and I are on the same page in terms of the sound we are looking for as I will prob get catted downpipes … soooo I’m thinking the resonated MAD single mid pipe may be the move for me

Lol yeah my bad idk what happened to the video that it only sounds on one side of the headphone. Yeah I have the Mad resonated single midpipe, it does make it a bit deeper and definitely louder (pops and bangs louder). I am also looking at doing the catted downpipes, mainly because I don’t want it to smell, but I thing it will give it a clean deep sound. I just saw that mad is coming out with titanium version of the midpipe and read section of the exhaust… I’m thinking I might end up getting the rear section a couple months from now.

I’m considering this exact setup, or the non resonated MAD. I’m not planning on doing a downpipe, so I was leaning toward non resonated, but I do wonder if drone will be an issue, even with the valves closed. The resonator will quiet it down a little, but I definitely sounds quite loud in the video here. You don’t have any drone on the highway at all, do you? Would you say this setup with the valves closed is louder than stock in sport plus mode?

Hey boss, there is slight drone if I leave the valves open in the highway, but since u can change it to normal operating mode with the SST valve controller, then the drone goes completely away. No with the valves closed it is not louder than stock in sport plus. But with valves in normal operating mode it does sound louder in efficient mode than stock on sport plus, it just has less burbles. The car really sound the great in sport with valves open, and super aggressive in sport plus with valves open around town. Let me know if you have questions about it. 🤝

I couldn’t tell, but how are the backfires they sound quieter now. Also if you could show a picture of what it looks like under the car. Great content though!

Thanks 🙏🏼, Will try to get a video of how it looks like under the car when I install the Mishimoto Skid plate this weekend. The backfires are way louder now, on sport mode they sound pretty good and on sport plus it gets pretty loud.
