Catch up with Arielle who finished 3rd last year. We talked about an upcoming announcement that is coming today. And how she trains and why she trains less than the typical Games athlete

Arielle is so well spoken and like-able. She would make a great commentator post career.

This series is pretty cool. Happy Dave and the athletes are doing this.

Arielle, thank you for having well thought out questions for Dave other than awkwardly asking "What's event 1?". Step up your game other athletes! It's not often you get to get into the mind of TDC.

Dave this is so true ....I think this hits on something " different " in games athletes that I've seen in interviewing a few of them myself ... I have discipline. I lost 75 pounds ! But I cannot train alone... well I can but it's a lot harder. I like chasing the person next to me who is better than me at the box

You know how Sevan does 2-3 hour shows, he loves to hear his own voice! How the fuck do you not know where Arielle freaking Loewen trains!?

When you ask how much time are you training? Is stretching before and after included in the training time?

I’m confused…if she doesn’t go to an affiliate how does she train?
@ainokea4u25 күн бұрын
You are confused, she only said it about 6 times. She's trains at home in her garage gym
