My guess: CHAD 1000 Games will be box step overs with rucksack and ascending sandbag weights every 250 reps ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Dave wouldn’t change a benchmark or a hero workout and call it the same thing… because he likes the idea of the community doing it too and comparing times to elite athletes.. If he changed it, he’d call it something else

@@coach_paul_t GoRuck used sandbags in CHAD during the Selection event: rucksack plus 60 pound sandbag. But, maybe your correct and Dave will only make a slight adjust like advancing the box down the lane after every 200 or 250 step ups
