Bryson, make sure he watches Ruan's interview. That has been the one with the most hints and information gathered. And in Hatfied's interview he said Austin will "like" the first one after he talked about how strong he is with weights and all the other things he is good at like running.

Cindy....hmmm does this mean we will see this at the Games or some variation Mr. TDC especially on Friday under the stadium lights?? 😉 I bet this is so much fun for Dave to be poking around and seeing what the 80 athletes want/do not want to see at the Games when he already knows what's coming.

Dave you totally did a 180. You considered this unethical a few weeks ago, but I kinda glad you changed your tune. Now it's juicy playing with the athletes heads. Now you can have favorites. Make sure and play HEAT1 app like Everyone else. Fun! Seriously it's definitely always fun with a good prize purse.. Just saying, never dreamt I would play a crossfit competition app but it's truly a blast.Semifinal winner was a priest from Italy! How crazy is that. We're all trying to make this sport more amazing in new exciting ways. Play heat1. Now you get a feel of the competitors, why not have fun with it. How the hell did "Father Brice" win 10k!? Crazy

Over the past couple of years I have treated Cindy like an EMOM for the first 15 minutes then blow it out in the las 5. At 66 years old I can get about 23 or 24 rounds in. Dave you should give this a try.
