It’s actually so smart to have these interviews - at least personally I am going to watch earlier heats now after knowing more about these athletes. It’s like the lead up to the Olympics where they do a lot of athlete interviews to get everyone interested in watching

We did here in Switzerland at Kauil Crossfit box Rapperswil city, there were about 15 or more of us... it was an unexpected happiness, everyone there and I thought that's for the soldiers, it's an honor... I only did bodyweight and it was very difficult... and counting the reps too... we had paper and a polygraph and sweating, I ruined the paper, we smiled a lot... we had other friends with hand counters... man! INCREDIBLE GOOD!
