Thanks for the review. It's a great car. I agree with your 5 dislikes. I have learned to appreciate the gauge cluster but at the beginning I wasn't a fan. I got a wireless adapter but don't use it anymore. If you have wireless charging and wireless AA, the phone is working overtime and hot as heck. Wired is actually a better option in my view. The 3.3T is great and the chassis is really dynamic. The drive modes make a big difference.

7:08 It's 2024, manual transmission sales are at 0.5% of the market, and yet automakers are still giving 1/3 of the display to the tachometer. Why?! Good to see them using it for SOMETIME else, at least sometimes.

If it's about the engine, you would get the BMW 440i with the B58 engine. You can't beat that for performance and reliability in this class. Yes, I said reliability. Do the research. No, this engine is no where near that smooth in-line six from BMW, neither objectively or subjectively.

No doubt the B58 is fantastic but the car it's installed in is significantly more money. The 3.3T is a great engine and can make big power with little effort. Also, the G70 does some things better than the BMW such as driving dynamics. The M340/440s are clincal, which is a bit boring.
