honestly if i were buying these cars (which i probably will) I will just opt for one that has been used for an year or so, so the great deal of depreciation has already occurred (just like any other new car) and I will be getting a sweet deal :) my only concern with these is long term reliability but i guess you get what you pay for.

Getting a bit nervous about the fuel economy. Bought one in the same colour but am waiting for it to be cleared from the docks. Jumping from a 2010 Hyundai i45 Premium to the SUV. I also remember coping a lot of flack buying a Hyundai, from my Holden and Ford friends. The same thing will happen with the Chinese Brands. They will get established and their prices will be come mainstream.

How is a small 2l engine using 12l/100km? Why was this car allowed to be sold in Australia with such poor fuel economy? A 20 year old V6 commodore uses less fuel than this.

did an extended test drive, the transmission did my head it, the engine has good levels of torque and top end power but the transmission ruins it. Also the steering and suspension is pure trip awful levels of junk.
